招聘职位：注塑生产经理
职位要求：
性别：男性，34-40岁之间，正规大专以上学历
语言：英语熟练
Profile – Skills :
(education ; work experience ; languages):
-Bachelor’s degree of engineering, plastics engineering preferred,
-With at least 8 years experience in mass production management, plus good technical experience in plastic
injection.
-Tough personality & result-oriented management style,
-Good at team management,
Main Responsibility :
- Check his budget and make necessary adjustments
- In charge of the QRQC in his APU
- Be responsible of respecting MPS
- Be responsible for production line layout and display board
- Deploy the 5-axes politics, particularly bring VPS principles into action
- Apply, promote and improve SMED in daily activities
- Organize, implement and improve plans with the supervisors and technicians in different lines, and to ensure
the target of Valeo 5000 achievement
- He is the privilege contact with other functions (logistics, R&D, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the
quality of production
- Ensure good social climate in his area and inform to the department of human resource all suggestions for
improvement of his domain
- Be responsible for the training for the personnel in his department
- Consolidate the result of APU on regular basis according to the division rules
- In charge of -30 activities in the department
- Be responsible for the EHS in his APU
- Other tasks assigned by N+1.
